What we collect
- Business contact details: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and business address.
- Payment details: the bank account or UPI ID we pay you into.
- The footage you sell us. It shows your team's hands and work. It can also show faces and voices.
- Our messages with you on WhatsApp and email.
This website has no forms, no cookies and no tracking. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security.
How we use it
- To agree orders with you, pay you, and keep our business records.
- To license the footage to companies that build AI and robotics systems, under written contracts. They use it to train and test those systems.
- We do not publish the footage, and we do not use it in ads.
- We do not sell your contact or payment details.
People on camera
Everyone on camera must agree before they are recorded. We blur faces on request. If a person shown in the footage wants it removed, they or you can write to us.
How long we keep it
- Footage: for as long as we license it, or until you ask us to remove it. When footage is removed, we delete it from our library and stop licensing it.
- Contact, payment and order records: for as long as we need them for your orders, and as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your details, or to ask us to remove footage, email hello@ashburylabs.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as payment records.
Where your data is kept
We are a US company, so your details and the footage may be stored and processed outside India, including in the United States.
